Because the Vortex Ground Anchor screws into the soil without the need for digging deep holes or using cement, you can complete your mailbox installation in less time, and with less money.

Easy Installation
Use a small shovel to dig a 1-inch by 8-inch diameter hole in the ground. Place the tip of the Vortex Ground Anchor in the ground and begin to rotate the anchor in a clockwise direction. The Vortex Insertion Tool or any metal bar that will fit through the anchor ring can help make turning the anchor easier. Continue to rotate the anchor until the horizontal plate is level with the ground. Once you position the top plate facing the street, you can mount the post using the four vertical receptors for a sturdy and secure mailbox post connection.

Contact all local utilities for appropriate underground marking prior to installation. Check and adjust your post regularly due to road vibrations, temperature change, and rainfall.

Adjustable Top Plate Allows for Quick Adjustments
The Vortex Ground Anchor features an innovative top plate that offers an easy and efficient way to properly face your mailbox toward the street. Once the anchor is level with the ground, simply loosen the three nuts located in side the post receptacles. Next, turn the adjustable top plate so that the anchor receptors face the street. Finally, tighten the three nuts with a wrench, and you're ready to secure the mailbox post to the anchor.
