A great base for installing a 4x4 post into soil. This attractive post base will hold a 4x4 post securely in place. Great for mailbox posts. Allows easy installation of 4x4 wood posts without digging holes or pouring concrete. Can be used for a variety of applications where quick to install posts are needed. Post installs with Simpson 8 1/4'' SDS double barrier coat or hot dip galvanized lag screws. 12 gauge black powder coated finish steel for corrosion resistance.
